Dr. Nkem, a seasoned entrepreneur and physician executive, offers over 20 years of expertise spanning various fields including public health, leadership, and business administration.

Her unique approach, dubbed "Ripplets of Value", addresses key life aspects like Health, Entrepreneurship, Cultural Harmony, Legacy, and Kaizen 101, tailored to individual needs.

Dr. Nkem’s value-based expertise and efforts have led to enhancing health outcomes and health equity, while saving over $150 Million in operational & healthcare costs. She has also paid it forward by mentoring young leaders and supporting fellow entrepreneurs.

Born in Pittsburgh, Dr. Nkem grew up in West Africa before returning to the U.S for education and industry consultation. She currently advises Executive Leaders and serves on boards & advisory councils for Johns Hopkins Health Plan, Lasell Village, Black Women's Health Imperative, and the Maryland's Health Care Commission for Primary Care transformation. Dr. Nkem is also a faculty affiliate at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Nkem is passionate about entrepreneurship, primary care, women's health, professional development, and global equity.
